I loved the staff always a great experience I would like to mention Kristin she did my hair and she has great customer service to make you feel welcomed and she did good on cutting and styling my hair.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand procedures are different now but I called to make a appointment which is what you’re supposed to do governor mandated and I couldn’t make a appointment. Called back a few hours later and there was no appointments left booked for the day! Does this make any sense? I’ve been going there for years. You’ve just lost a loyal customer.
